Packages can include regular maintenance, anti-virus programs, data protection, discounts for onsite ser- vice in case of emergencies and calls to our help desk to help you take care of those small problems you might face. Home will log into your computer to perform a system diagnostic and cleaning. These preventative maintenance sessions allow us to solve minor problems before they become major ones.

Advocate @ Home takes care of all your anti-malware needs by providing and maintaining Vipre AV, a small footprint, top of the line antivirus program.

Children’s Web Filtering

Available upon request, Advocate @ Home can set up Internet filtering soft-ware on any computer in the house. After a quick tutorial, you will be able to help keep your children safe on the web.

Onsite Support Contracts

Do you require several visits a year to fix various computer problems?

Do you want to lock in a great value for onsite service?

Our onsite support contracts allow you to purchase pre-paid onsite hours at a reduced rate. Contracts are available in blocks of 3 hours to 20 hours and expire 3 years from purchase. These hours are for residential use only.
